WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY NEW SHARED APARTMENT?
While the appliances are included and furniture optional, below is a guide to help you with the personal belongings that you will need to provide:
COMMON AREA : Electronics and corresponding cords/adapters, décor, trash can, trash bags, pots and pans, plates, cups, eating/serving utensils, coffee maker.
BEDROOM : Linens, pillows, mattress pad, towels, toiletries, shower hooks and curtain, trash can, décor, electronics and corresponding cords/adapters, and anything else that makes you feel at home.
How do I pay rent?
We encourage rent payments online by ACH, debit or credit card through your resident portal. We also accept payments via check or money order at the leasing office. Cash is not accepted.

How do I apply?
Applying is simple and online. After scheduling a tour, you’ll receive an application via email. Once approved, you’ll sign the lease electronically and receive check-in instructions before your move-in date.

How do I pay my rent?
Rent is due the first of each month and may be paid online by ACH, debit or credit card through the resident portal. NO CASH ACCEPTED. Late fees vary by property. Refer to your rental Housing Contract for more information.
Parking, Pets & Practical Living
What parking options are available?
We’ve got covered parking available for $75* month. Parking is limited, so be sure to contact the leasing office to secure your spot. Just a heads-up — before you park, you’ll need the proper paperwork and a valid permit, and don’t forget to follow all posted signs.
